Design Process

  • 1 • Kickoff Meeting

    If this is a remodel we’ll meet onsite, if it’s new construction we’ll walk through your architectural plans. Here we discuss each area in-detail so our initial design matches your vision.

  • 2 • Initial Design Review

    Your initial design is presented along with an accurate estimate. With an accurate estimate we can determine how best to cut cost or allocate funds to different areas you want to spend more on.

  • 3 • Design Meetings & Showroom Visits

    We’ll start meeting at showrooms to finalize selections - throughout this process, design & pricing is revised along the way to make sure we’re staying within your budget.

  • 4 • Design Approval

    Once selections are complete and you are comfortable with the total price, we’ll sign all documents and move on to construction.

  • 5 • Onsite Visits & Trade Walks

    Trades begin work! During this time we’ll be making site visits as necessary. Your material goods will also be paid for and ordered as needed.

Not all cabinets are created equal. These details should be standard but are often overlooked or ignored.

With a background in high-end kitchen & bath design we obsess about the 1/8” details so you get a refined, truly custom product.

Design Consultation

This is a 2-hour paid session, in-person, to discuss your ideas and review your project. We’ll also share some of our design ideas and what we envision for your project.
