About the Project
This tenant improvement consisted of updating the entire suite after the new tenant moved in and found the acoustics were problematic for their needs. The suite consisted of a reception area, 2 conference rooms, a break room, and 3 private offices. Improving acoustics was the top priority and was achieved through new ceiling tiles and acoustical wall panels. Other priorities included adding storage in the break room, updating each office to look professional when attending Zoom meetings, and having a good first impression when clients walk in.
